Teresa Kay Barnwell

Teresa Kay Barnwell entered eternal rest on Wednesday, September 13, 2023, at the age of 66. She was born in Monahans, Texas on August 28, 1957, to Glenda F. (Johnson) and Harold B. Barnwell.

Teresa is survived by one brother, Baney Barnwell, two sisters, Terri Rozell and Carol Bishop, one stepbrother Steve Swafford, and one stepsister Dory Smith, stepfather Dale Swafford and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was an avid adventurer and loved her friends and family. She had lived in West Texas and Oklahoma where she pursued many different careers such as truck driving and a feedlot hand. She settled in the Tyler area for the last 30 years where she had numerous friends who turned family. Teresa was a carefree soul and a friend to anyone who crossed her path.

She will be inurned in Tyler Texas surrounded by surviving loved ones.
